Abstract submission

Abstract guidelines

Abstracts will be published in an abstract book to be distributed at the symposium.

Abstracts from previous conferences/seminars etc. are allowed. For PhD students who do not yet have results, it is possible to include a short project description (max. 1 page).

Your abstract must be submitted as a Word document. An abstract template can be downloaded by clicking here. Please use this template and follow the guidelines below:

• The abstract must not exceed one page. In total: max. 45 lines (including title, author(s), affiliation, abstract text and references).
• The abstract title is limited to 2 lines.
• The name of the presenting author should be written as "first name" "surname" and underlined.
• The number of references is limited to 3.
• The abstract must not contain diagrams, tables, images.
